I will be joining Northwestern’ s Regional Medical Group in the western suburbs of Chicago..
UIC prepared me to be a well-rounded physician and surgeon through the multiple attendings we work with, the diverse patient population, and early resident autonomy. A great strength of the program is the teamwork and camaraderie of the residents.
Robert Cristel, MD
I will remain in Chicago for a one-year Pediatric Otolaryngology Fellowship at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
The Kenya relief trip was one of the best experiences I had of residency. I truly felt like I got the opportunity to help people, do what I love, and meet people with a similar passion and mindset.
I would like to continue to do global health work throughout my career.
